Return & Refund Policy

Because of the nature of this product, there are absolutely no order returns. Any incorrect or damaged item must be destroyed.  Prior to discarding, please take a clear photo of the damage or processing error and email to coffee@burstbeanscoffee.com

Our customer service department will work quickly to resolve and/or replace your order at no charge to you. (excl. unless there is found to be a customer ordering error).

If there is a quality concern, please send an email with a summary of the quality issue and we will refund or replace your order.
